How do I change or cancel my order?

Bold Visionaries is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email

If you do not receive an email from Bold Visionaries within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

What is the process to return any items?

Please submit all refund request to support@boldvisionaries.com.

Please include the reason for the return, and use the return label included in your package to send the items back.

We will review all returns before processing a refund. You will be contacted with the status of your return.
